Scooby Werkstatt is one of my favorite fitness guys out there right now, because he puts out really good information on tried and proven techniques – AT NO CHARGE! Yesterday he released the below video, which is an excellent intro for persons who want to get started on some basic exercises to improve physical fitness. If you throw a run or jog in front of these exercises as a warm-up, you are starting a good little program for yourself. Scooby has an awesome website with more info HERE.
