Here’s a very good vid from Runner’s World which explains the causes and possible fixes for Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS), one of the most frequently incurred running injuries. ITBS can affect anyone with an aggressive physical training program. It is a frequent eliminator of candidates in BUD/S and other special operations assessment and selection programs.
