It was hot and humid for “Friday Happy Hour”! Had to watch hydration during this workout, and went through a liter of water within the hour, easy. The design for today was a trail run with exercises at intervals during ascension of the big hill. Looks like this …

1730 – Harriett Island & Lilydale Regional Park (Brickyard) Trail Run

a. 3.1 mile light ruck trail run with 12 lb pack and 0.9 mile 300 ft ascent segment; and
b. During ascent, 4 x (20 lunges or squats, 20 push-ups, 20 reverse push-ups, 20 sec plank), one set at each of four intervals.
