Workout of the Day – October 17, 2011   Leave a comment

It’s been a while since I posted up my WOD’s. Here’s today, real simple, real good:

1. 5K ruck run with 15 lb vest
2. 3 Cycles: Ab straps 3/3/3 & Siu Lim Tao (Wing Chun 1st Form)
3. 20 minute stretch (Stew Smith Navy SEAL Fitness)
4. 20 minutes sitting meditation

Currently I am also reading Total Health the Chinese Way by Dr. Esther Ting, a book on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and reviewing my diet. Very informative, straightforward and practical text.
